I really need to do the same thing,,,but just can't seem to bring myself to endure this torture,,,at least by myself (and there's not many--other than here--that would understand THIS pain!). Seems much easier to purchase all the hoses and bring to someone with experience in this,,,but SOO much cooler, and more rewarding, to complete by yourself. I'm pullin' for ya Heath... keep us all updated

Yeah, I haven't been on here much at all lately. Been to caught up in rock crawling and been hanging around over on www.explorerforum.com most of the time... I miss it here...

Told you we were slow... LOL... Actually my garage was just to cold this winter, we finally towed the car down to my friends house and did it in his garage which is insulated...

Tonight I finally got to drive her for about 10 min after letting her warm up completely... Looks like I need a new battery... I also rebuilt the front drivers caliper but I think it needs to be replaced. Anyway, I'll get her registered again on Tuesday so she'll be ready for spring/summer now. I CAN"T FREAKING WAIT!!!

Why do you say you rebuilt the caliper, but you think it needs to be replaced?

It looks pretty haggared... I'm going to run it for a few days and see if its continuing to leak like it was after my last botched caliper rebuild... If it needs replacing I might either just buy two new fronts and paint them before putting them on or look for a kit off nico...
