Those are sport-street pads. They bite a bit more but are fine for daily.

changing your pads/rotors your self will save your $100s, then its so easy you will be mad you ever let someone else do it...

It is with sport brakes. Base brakes themselves are not hard but you have to remove the caliper.

Depends on the type of pad, a lot do squeak under light pressure.

I put Akebono Pro-Act on my 04 Coupe (front), 00 Max (front), 08 G35x (rear), 05 Focus (front) and have been very pleased!!
No squeaks, no dust, good stopping power. (I don't track my cars so went with the Pro-Act)
What exactly did you get?? The new street/track Akebono?? Or new calipers??

is there a break in period for brakes? my front is not making noise as bad as it did the first week. i just installed my rear brakes last weekend. When i was reversing it made horrible noise...
