Gotta love this 2019 Rogue of mine. On multiple occasions the time has been frozen. Now being an IT Technician, my first guess would be a CMOS or CR2032 battery is failing, but then again not sure if the HU on the refresh 2nd gens uses that. So how do I go about fixing this issue?

Another issue: Since I switched from my day 1 expensive gold brick (iPhone 14 Pro MAX) to my Galaxy Z Flip 3, the headunit constantly displays that it lost bluetooth connection and then gets connected then disconnected. It happens multiple times whenever I am driving the vehicle. In my MDX, I have a GROM VLINE VL2 installed and that never gave me this issue. I heard from my Honda Service Advisor who used to be a mastertech for NIssan over in Tampa, that there is a latest software update in November 2023; however, I am not sure if that will fix this issue.

Any idea on how to fix these two issues?

Is your AV firmware up to date? On a '19 it should have OTA, you can update it yourself if it isn't current.

PS - I think you should have got OTA as part of the R1911 recall, but you can check using this bulletin:
https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/ ... 2-0001.pdf

If that's already been done, use the OTA function to check if your firmware is the latest. The car needs to be connected to a passworded WiFi network.

So the Rogue’s HU software is on 0910 already since 2022. How would I check if I can do OTA? The PDF mentions about the USB and CONSULT PC, which I don’t have either.

If it's v910 then you should already have OTA. The details are on page 5-5 in the Nissan Connect manual:

Tried it yesterday while installing the dashcam. It says the system is up to date.

Then try a hard reset, it sounds like the software is going off in the weeds. Take both battery cables loose and connect the lugs together to completely discharge all the electronics in the car. With AV's, forcing a cold POR often cures a multitude of sins.
