for those of you who dont know... its been close to two weeks now since my car has been gone. i bought a 1g dsm smic and bov and now its useless to me. so its up for sale right now in the b/s/t forum.

its for me to move on... from CA to SR... ive talked to this one guy whos selling his SR'd s13 (s13guy) on this forum. when its out of the shop ill most likely be buying it. anyways, i just posted it in the b/s/t forum, but not in the SR. my loyalties still lie with you CA guys . hopefully one of you guys will pick it up.

I know it's a day late and a dollar short but a good anti-theft system is a helluva an idea. My turbo'd vehicle was almost stollen...door lock popped, column torn to hell. Don't know why they didn't get it.

Installed a Mannix alarm and when they came back...no kidding they tried again, left screwdriver marks in the epoxy putty I used to fill the door lock hole...the alarm kept them away. The system is awesome, starter kill, 2-way paging, trunk/hood sensors, remote start, turbo timer, and a bunch more....only $126 and the better part of a weekend to install. As far as I know they only sell them on Ebay. I just checked and they have a new model with motion detection.

Anyway, at least you're staying in the Nissan family. SR is still a good motor so don't feel bad if you aren't getting a CA powered car.
