yeah... cant put it off any more, my engine's about had it. its got 187K, it knocks.. loses water [but no leaks] is over-pressurized, barely starts, cant drive for mor than an hour at a time. needs like a 30 minute idle-warm up time. and doesnt like quick accelerations to make yellow lights. ive been trying to hold out as long as i could till i had the money for a swap [ANY swap] but its getting a little tight. i may have the money soon... hope i can last till then. ill prolly go with the SR, run it stock for a good long while, unless something else comesa up. but we'll see...

get a junkyard ka and do all the work before you put it in the car. cams, timing chain, pullies....

this way you'll have a cheap motor, money to spend on a few minor mods, and have it in the car without killing your bank account. :)

I'm assuming you can do the work yourself...

ha ha ha I've got 180k on mine and its hurting, maybe cuz I drive it like I stole it! since I am a disgrace to the car community and all. but thats no matter I'm just about to swap in my SR so I can be a real immature azz and drive even faster when I get drunk!!! woohoo watch out for me I'm totally dangerous when I get behind the wheel....**please re-read in sarcastic voice if you did not detect it.so J-Spec you dont even have a car huh? that sux...sorry for you!I guess this is where you come to dream about driving...
