just curious, what makes Spec crap? ive run one on my KA for a few years now with no issue, and from what i remember, Razi runs the same one on his KA-T with no issue as well. granted its a stage 2+ on a KA, but i was probably going to go with that when i go SR.Hijacker wrote:Avoid Spec. fair enough. id have to take a closer look at mine when i take it off again. plus the only thing ive had to compare it to was a burnt OEM clutch. but ya learn something new every dayHijacker wrote:Do some searching on Spec within the boards. I've seen a few horror stories over the years of Spec clutches just grenading way too easily way too early. Their after sale service used to be a nightmare, but I think that's been ironed out for the better. I'm sure that the quality of clutch has improved since I last remember keeping an eye on them, but the few spec discs I've had in hand weren't very well put together and coupled with some nasty reviews from back in the day, I've just always avoided them.
