I haven't been on here lately, but I thought I'd check in with the Nissan world, as my own Nissan family has grown by one. Tomorrow morning I will welcome my new (to me) 370Z. I'm still keeping my 240 tho, for the days when I want the top down. I can't wait to see those 275 rear tires smoke! Now my 240 will have to patiently wait for upgrades, instead of being abused as a daily driver.

I feel the same way, I am about 3-6 months from putting my honda and cash down on a Z, or a CBR... In the meantime I also own a Vert, I am trying to get the support to make a carbon fiber top, resembling this; http://www.3teshop.com/index.php?main_p ... cts_id=538

The development will cost 4-5k, but if I can get an escrow account so everyone is legaly safe, pool up and ship em out for about 1500/ea.

Boy this 370z is fun to drive! But I will have to say, when push came to shove this past Memorial Day weekend and my girl and I headed to the beach, we put the top down 240sx style :)
I'm so glad I didn't listen to the rest of my family and friends who told me to get rid of the 240.

Good to hear that you kept the vert. I drive my buddy's 350z from time to time, but I like my vert better. Haven't driven 370z yet, but I'm sure it's better than 350z. I'm a sucker for Nismo editions for both 350z and 370z. I think they are just gorgeous.
