Time control device problem.

Very odd problem, and i hope we can troubleshoot this out.

I started by removing my air vents... i pulled them out (center air vents). and then i was goin to replace my stereo to a different depth.. I got the stereo remounted.., and it wouldnt open to remove the CD.. then i sat in the drivers seat. turned the power on, and my time wouldnt display on the gauges... and when i cranked my car, my windshiled wipers turned on... I dont know exactly what the problem was.. i cranked my car abuot 5 times or so (turning off then on again) and the time starts back up at 1:00.. and windshiled wipers dont turn now.. but everytime i start my car, the clock resets.. and my stereo still doesnt work... and no wires were re-arranged, or spliced/cut

Any ideas?

electrical operation or mechanical? if your radio worked and now does not...something happened. no wires were rearranged? makes me think that a ground got messed up. a bad ground would cause backfeed into another circuit and wierd probs like you have.

fixed it... it was a different fuse that was blown.. "interiour lighting"
