Yes. My car is the so called basic edition over here whereby some accessories has been omitted. It is 4AT. The CVT edition is a bit more expensive with alcantra seats, power side mirrors, centre console and fog lights. The distributor only brings in the HR15DE engine over here as the tax structure depends very much on the engine capacity so the lesser the engine capacity, the road tax will be cheaper. Climate control is standard. We're actually using what the Japanese in using in their country.dopey wrote:hmm your car has odd specificationsleather trim, digital climate controlbut no front fog lights, no leather steering wheel, and its only got the HR15
is it just a base spec thats been optioned with the leather trim and climate control?? or is it normal for the latio over there to come with leather and climate but none of the other luxury options?
Yup.. I can go up to 15km/L on them but I changed them for the looks of the 17". Unfortunately nobody brings in the supercharger from Impul here. Also there's no manual option here either. All are autos.gtrisfun wrote:i like the kyowas, looks pretty sharp. even the stock alloys are nice, i think i'd rather have those than the Versa SL stock alloys, they'd look great in a gunmetal.
the headlights really stand out on a white car, but in a good way.
and with the smaller HR15, you have a little more room under the hood if you were going to try for a turbo or other "go fast" options.
Yeah i was also a test dummy for the ebay ones...they were not wide n long enough for U.S. Models.....I Had Pix On My Webshots page.......http://good-times.webshots.com...qzFZLbulld0g wrote:yeah Bob from Versaspeed tried them on his V
Don't think! Just go ahead to do it. Tanabe is a comfort spring so there's no difference from stock. However, I don't carry 3 adults at the rear after I installed these set of springs for fear of the rear suspension bottom out. You can also considered Tein S-Type as those offer an even lowered look but its stiffer.chkchkchk wrote:totallypatrick, I (heart) your car!
The car looks 1000x better lowered! I wish I could get away with putting lowering springs on mine!
