they have everything you need to install them but you would have to disassemble your stock struts/shocks and reuse the top mount. and those do not have adjustable dampening.

you could get a set of brand new k-sport/D2's for less than that shipped and have pillow ball mounts w/ camber plates and dampening adjustability.

when i install the MR coilovers would i also have to install adjustable RUCAS so my tires and not cambered?? or can i go to an alignment shop right after and get them to align all my wheels

if you lower it too far then you can end up with excessive negative camber. but a little negative camber is good. say 2.5 front 2 rear or so. no reason to dial it out.
