Tien S-tech springs or Tanabe sustech g22's???

I have the Tanabe's on my s13 right now, but before I bought the car (had the tanabe's on when bought) I purchased Tien s-tech for it ahead of time....which do you guys reccomend to go with? *EDIT* meant sustec GF210's....

Nobody has a clue which is a better spring? Come on guys, where's the experts at? I know it depends on the strut/shock I end up going with as well, but as far as qaulity goes what's the deal?

whichever one is harder, provided it wont blow whatever shocks you have.buy spl coilovers

Eventually I will buy some coilovers, but until that day I'm gonna have to make do with the springs I have available...SPL's huh?...I'll check 'em out.
