tie rods?

i just found out the one of my tie rods are bent. so since i need to replace one why not both? I was wondering which tie rods to buy? thanks

you can try the Tein ones if you're on a budget. If you want I can ask around and get it for 145+shipping. Other common setup I see is the JIC tie rod and the ends from kazama. That's probably a beefier setup, but pretty pricey.

i believe JIC is more expensive cause theyre not as easy to get in the states.

im going with tein's myself. mine is a little bent. :P

will getting new tie rods and ends tighten up steering alot. like, make it less rotations from all the way right to all the way left? or would i need to get a different rack and pinion?

yes, it can increase the angle in which your wheels turn. Also the JIC unit is actually physically thicker than the Tein ones. Dunno if it's enough to justify the price difference or if you'd ever really get the opportunity to need such a thickness but yeah, it's not just name you're paying for. The JIC inner rod alone is what 225 or something at phase2 and the set of inner and outer rod from Tein is what 145?
