Mine came with the hose from the MAF to the turbo. But apparently it was supposed to have a coil in it to keep it from collapsing on itself. I had a real bad problem with it slamming shut since I didn't have that coil. Solution.... AEM cold air intake from a EK Civic EX hacked all to peices and 3 silicone connectors. It's pretty easy to make and you can buy a generic one from eBay fairly cheap now.

Basically I just cut the intake off at about the bend to the throttle body and that allowed me to route it around the strut tower and between the power steering pump. Then I cut about 4 inches off the main runner and cut out the cold air extension part of it, slapped on a hose connector, MAF, and air filter. Painted it all flat black and it works perfectly. Also the CAI has a port on it that you can run the Crankcase breather hose off of too.

It is a little louder than the rubber piece and when you let off the throttle all the air bounces around inside of it and the sound gets a little annoying, but it works and it was free for me.

I had a how-to on this a while back, but I don't think the pics showed up to well. I can snap some more this weekend.

I'll bet if you take it to a local shop, they can fab something up pretty cheap too.

Yeah, I think they can handle it. It is just the cost that worries me;)

Hey, everybody is out to make money. When you have 3 middle men, or if there is only once source for the part, the price increases.
