Ticking noise (I know it's been discused but...)

When i drive my car as the other thread say the ticking noise gets louder as i accelerate more.Funny thing is when I'm going up hill it'll be fine until i slow down or stop.When I'm on the freeway and i got faster then 90mph (I'm guess more than 3000RPM) and then slow down it comes back.It'll go away when I'm driving slow or jerk to the left.Any ideas?I got a ripped boot which I'm going to replace this weekend.

I'm going to do what i searched so far which is buy engine cleaner and idle it before or i think after oil change,drain it and do it again with cheap oil filters,then finally put the one i will use and add some brand of engine cleaner forgot what it's called.If it's something else you maybe know of please let me know.As what i remember it could be the pulleys or the lifters.Your help would be appreciated thanks.

Not pulleys, most likelly.

HLA, maybe. Shouldn't be that loud.

Ok well it ticks louder as I accelerate.Not super loud but it's loud.I'll post back once it's gone.Gots alot to do this weekend.

Any ideas what websites or where in Norcal i can buy BG QUICK CLEAN + MOA/111?

I did research and i can get it in sacramento but maybe theres somewhere closer to Antioch?
