ticking noise from wheels

when i start out in fisrt gear i hear a ticking noise in my wheels and i dont know what it is. and if i have the car on the lift and i spin the tires it doesnt do that it only happens when it is under a load and its not the wheel bearings because the tires spin freeley. if you have any suggestions let me know thanks
