Ticking/Clacking noise

Hi so recently my car has been acting up. I lowered my car and hit a speedbump too fast and boom my oil pan dented. It had a lifter tick and I checked the oil and it was completely low. I threw some oil in there and it went away. About a week later it came back and it was so bad I had to park the car. Can anybody help me out with this? I tried changing the oil pan and in the process I forgot to put the o ring on the oil pickup.Still ticking. I need to get some advice on what this could be.

Forgot to add the car sounds like a diesel. Im not sure what it is but it's definently top end. Maybe valves? Idk. I'm not the most automotivly inclined person obviously so any opinions or help would be great.
