Hi guys, I have a friend here in my country with a S15 Spec R. I've been helping him with minor stuff like installing gauges, including wiring for water/meth injection and stereo stuff. He does the bolt on stuff since he's more mechanically inclined. The ecu was installed by a tuner. Here are the current mod lists:

Halect SP 1000 Ecu
Tomei M8270 ARMS Turbo Kit
Tomei Procams
Tomei Oil Pan
Exhaust Manifold
HSK Super Silent exhaust with CAT delete.
Blitz FMC
AEM Gauges (Oil pres., A/F, Boost/Vacuum)
AEM Water/Meth injection (50/50 mixture)
ISIS oil cooler
Tial 50mm BOV

It's was tuned with the stock BOV and it made 358whp @15ps on a Dynojet with currently stock internals.

We installed the Tial BOV a few days ago and when we started up we notice that it remains open on idle (which is now 1000rpm) but it functions as it should when throttle is applied and release, then it goes back to the "open" state when at idle.

Is this a problem with the BOV? :gotme

Any help/advise would be appreciated.

Im not sure about tiAl but my ssqv is very sensitive to vacuum. If you are running it recirculated
then you shouldnt have any problems (as long as it seals at your max boost). If you are not running it recirculated than I would try adjusting the spring tighter if you can.

Thanks, since we never used the TiAl before we weren't sure. It's working how it suppose to. The car has been recently retune since the first tune had it running extra rich. Now it's running like a champ. More upgrades soon...
