Tial BOV problem

I'm finally getting around to putting my rb25 s13 together and im having a problem with my tial 50mm bov. The banjo bolt for the vacuum line wont thread into the bov. It gets stuck about 1 turn in and seems like there might be a problem with the threads. Anyone else have a similar problem like this? I see a lot of guys running this bov and havnt heard of any problems and then with my luck i hit a snag.

tap and die to clean out the threads and try again.
