got the TiAL BOVs aaaand yea, they're not the same to install as the z1 RFLs i had, any ideas how to install these? i've googled it and there isn't much apart from needing to replace the recirc valves with hardpipes and attach this bov to it somehow?

Bloody airbox is in the way so now I have to wait for my pop charger to get here , unless there is a way to non-destroy the airbox when removing, I'll play today and see

ok so the bov was way bigger than the hose, so i went to home depot and picked up some stuff to rig it, looks pretty secure for the psi i run . didn't want to wait for the pop charger so i dremel'd out the airbox rivets enough for it to be re-usable until the pop charger gets here
after installation no pssshht bov sounds, hooked up a boost leak tester, HUGE leak... but not from the bovs.. the jackass who installed the EBC forgot a plug, or a screw or something, there's a 1/2" hole under one of the control boxes pouring out air. not sure if it's why the bovs dont' fire or not, but i'm going to fix it tomorrow and hopefully get it working, car is undriveable atm ..

That has to be the most ghetto Tial install I've ever seen... You're supposed to weld that fitting to intercooler piping, and really you need two for a z32.
and Tial's are really quiet... you rarely hear them.

You gotta get them welded man! only right way to do it and take advantage of the tials flow rates! and they can be loud depending on what psi you run, i know mine make a very loud wooosh when i get on it. if no one around you welds, maile them suckers out to get welded!

that third port should not be plugged.... thats the pressure vent for the solenoid. plug that and you won't have any boost control.
the OP has the original tials... they are quiet. the new q's are much louder. thats what you have.
take the car to a shop or someone that knows what they are doing. that solenoid is not the boost leak, they are normally open when they don't have power to them, hence why it leaked.... you do something wrong to that solenoid and boost levels could skyrocket and you won't have a running vehicle or an intact set of turbochargers anymore
