Does anyone know where I can purchase one (it's the fitting for the top of the WG, so I could run a vaccum hose from my EBC to the wastegate) ?

Could I find these fittings at a local hardware store?

It should be 1/8 NPT fittings.

they are lying to you, but any autoparts store will have it too. 1/8npt thread with whatever sized barbed nipple fitting you want to use.
