Ti 550 pathfinder issue

Hi guys I bought a ti 550 r51 Pathfinder with the v6 diesel,since I've bought it iv had this on going slipping type issue in the changes and as I coast anywhere under 80 or so kmh...I've done a few things as in New intercooler,and piping,New tps,cleaned afm,and recently changed the transmission fluid if I put my foot slightly down when it surges it stops it sometimes ,it's done 138000 ks, here is a link to the issue cheers ..Hopefully I find someone that has fixed this issue.. https://youtu.be/wq-icH8J9nk
