THURS. NIGHT san diego meets

for those who dont know, we have a weekly car meet here in san diego. more down south area recently. we have now been at the same spot for about 4-5 months with no problems. there is alot of food choices in the complex open late too! I would like to invite more people to this weeks event especially. There is the Thurs. Knights team there with local 240 owners and last week the high rev squad from ensenada came out, and will be back this week as well. there has been alot of talk that this meet alot of people will be attending. It's off the 805,olympic parkway exit. PM for directions. NO reving, burnouts, or trying to show the local business how "skilled" you are.

"last call" for this weeks meet. fusion is burnt out and this is a nice spot. no ricers, ******* cops, or people reving on parked cars in months here! usually people start showing up around 7-730.

What's up Dino it's Jay (HRS, silver s14) HRS is from SD. Ensenada Drift is from Ensenada. We have an HRS branch located in Tijuana but that's far away from Ensenada. The meets do get good tho.... this last week I counted over 10 rides.... I also heard there was some crazy motorcycle stunt crap around the corner being filmed by channel 10 news or whatever... alright man I'll see you guys soon.

oh! my bad homie. they were telling me you guys had to come from outide TJ area. that meet was crazy! one of our guys spun and smashed his exhaust real bad. idk about any news people there , but there was a bunch of bikes doing stunts! see you next time. and for the guys that didnt go. you missed ou, but hope to see some new faces next time.

roll up to the pipeline meet (pretty good drive) but it'll be worth it tonight...few other heads mite be rolling up from sd/riverside/temecula area..

Damn I guess Dino feel asleep... yah the Thursday Night meets are still going strong from what I hear. It's best to get the details from SDDRIFT [dot] C0M tho... if they give you a cold reception it's only cause they're a tight knit group and some of those f4gs are weary of pigs... I'm going to cruise by this Thursday for sure tho.

Yes. These meets are South San Diego Area with drivers from all over SD. Like I said it would prolly be a better idea to intriduce yourself at their forum prior to just showing up. I'm not saying it's a big chore you have to do but it's for everyone. Sometimes tuner meets get raided by police lurking in forums trying to pop gatherings or investigate illegal activities. Not that any kind of illegal driving activities occur before or after the meet... but you understand. vvvvvv[dot]sddrift[dot]com... it's not Mr Rogers' Neighborhood but it's local and it's open.

FYI:

1.You have to register into the forum to be able to view the meets/gatherings section.

2. You'll be received a lot better if you use the introduction thread.

3. You wont just be given locations of these "meets" you have to be validated by one of the meet leaders.

Since I'm selling my FD and S13, I wonder if you guys would chase off a C5. Not exactly an ideal drift car, but at least it's RWD.

Just looking for places to hang out with actual car people for a change. Too many places have sucked(Fusion was pretty bad the last few times I went).

I could care less about doing burnouts or 'revving'. People start digging out the rulers to see who's got the biggest pen15 extensions then.

Not gonna be able to show up until at least next week. The S13 isn't running right, and the C5 is up in Irvine getting a couple of fixes at a shop(hoping to pick it up Thursday or Friday though). Timing is always off sheesh.
