Has anyone installed this kit?

I ordered that kit from Rack Attack (they beat the price by $10) and it arrived today.
The directions are half-assed (no words) but it has everything you need to install it.

Here's a picture of the pieces:


It took about 15 minutes to piece it together to this:


Tomorrow I'll put it on the car. I bought the kayak holder from performancebike.com, they were a little cheaper there.

I have used thule kits on all my vehicles and I think they are great.
