Throwout bearing

i posted this in the sr20det thinking that since it was a sr transmission i would but i was replacing my clutch and i pulled the throwout bearing out and when i was doing so i didnt realize how it was in there so i dont know how to put the throwout bearing back in. how should the throwout bearing be placed in? should the to bearing be placed in front of the fork and how are the clips holding the release sleeve in place? pictures would definitly help
