Anyone ever had this happen or heard of it? 2K Frontier, 3.3 with typical VG clutch pack. The throwout bearing has started spinning and the fork is falling off of the bearing and the fork gets cockeyed, preventing the clutch from disengaging. If I take the slave off and spin the bearing back to the normal position and put it back together it will work fine for a while. Springs appear to be fine from what I can tell. What holds the bearing housing in positon on the fork? I can't remember for the life of me how it is configured...

i might be misunderstanding, but the throwout bearing is supposed to spin. if you mean the whole thing is spinning than it might be locked up. there is a little spring like clip that holds the bearing to the fork.
