i need pics of a throw out bearing installed

i forgot which way mine went in. i neglected it for a while and now i need to refresh my memory.

sorry if this is a dumb thread

the stationary part of the bearing goes towards the back of the transmission.~Sam

what about the u arm thing does that just go against the metal prong or against the bearing it's self
