Ok 2 weeks ago I had my t/o bearing go out in the clutch so I replaced my clutch and the t/o bearing replaced the spring for the fork to the t/o bearing holder, put it all together and now the pedal vibrates like crazy when I go to engage it, so I took it apart today and see that there is a bit of wear around the outside of the bearing surfacehere are some pics to helpComparisonWear marks after i started it for 20 secmore wear shotsSide by side (you can see my original one had an aluminum sleeve in the and it completely shredded and the new one form Nissan doesn’t have it and they said that this replaced it, those of you who have replaced the clutch did you have the aluminum sleeve in or nonew collarold collar

ok so as you can tell its apart again i have another ? could the fork spring that holds it to the pivot ball have something to do with it?

The chatter and grinding only occurs when you push the pedal down, correct?Does the bearing rotate freely?Does the collar move smoothly over the input shaft retainer? Is there a groove worn on the input shaft retainer?Does it look as if there was some grinding on the ends of the pressure plate diaphragm fingers? As if they went over the edge of the bearing and gouged the material you took a picture of?I don't remember my original having an aluminum sleeve. I am worried about what that might be or might have been.
