Thrown out parts, need a replacement!

Well I was attempting to make my own shift boot yesterday and during the process I left the little washers that hold the shift boot together on the table. My parents thought it was trash and decided to throw it away.....anyways, does anyone know where I can get some replacements or diy fix? I tired looking for replacement washers but they only sell the shift boot console as a whole.

When i did mine i just used zipties works fine
