throwing codes

i just finished a sr swap in a s14, and it runs like crap. i pulled the dtc and its a code 11 and code 12. i read some where that if these two codes appeared then i might have some wires backwards? i donno?? i repinned the ecm and made sure that the cam sensor wires and the maf wires were going to the right pins on the ecm... and they are?? any help is appreciated:)
