I now have 2 TPS sensors both giving me trouble.

One I can only adjust down to 3V and the other to 4V. I tried testing the wires coming from the ECU and the stock ones had the same type of funny reading but the ones that are now coming from my MSII measure 5V and like .1 when not attached. One odd thing is that when I test the refference wire it starts at 4V and drops to .1.

I sure would appreciate some help cuz I'm a bit stumped.

Damn i wish i still had my MS hooked up i could help you out better. There are two plugs on the Ka's TPS, one is a plug thats not used for ms, and the other one is for the stock ECU that tells it when the throttle is fully open/ fully closed. You wont even need to use that for MS. You can figure out which one is the one you need through the fsm, if your really stumped i can figure it out for you.

However i dont really understand your problem. As long as you have the TPS hooked up to the MS and the sensor grounded you should get a variable volt rating from .1 to 4-5. MS doesnt care that it doesnt go all the way up to 5, you just use the calibration wizard to set the resistance level for the Ka's TPS.

Hope that helps, and good freaken luck with ms man ^^.

I think I might have the wires switched as I was thinking TPSref was the wire that reads the V change. I think by reffererence they mean the 5V in line.

Also, good point about the switch plug - I'm going to pull that one.
