Throttle plate

how do i adjust the throttle plate to stock specs? i think i might have inadvertantly fiddled with it a while back. how open should it be at idle and how open should it be at WOT?

at idle it should be completely shut (as far as it can be), and WOT should be as open as you can get it

not really much adjustment to do, just make sure the cable's not too tight, and it closes all the way w/ no pedal pressure on it..

when we adjusted the KA-E we made it a tad too tight, it closed fine w/ engine not running and it was hair trigger tight but with engine on it wouldn't close! went OMFGWTFBBQ and shut it down quick when after letting off the gas it kept slowly climbing, then we relaxed the cable a tad.
