Throttle Motor Parts

My TCS and slip light stays on continuously, so I had a dealer check it out. The dealer let me know that the problem is the Throttle Motor (aka Motor Assy-TCS). Does anyone know where I could purchase the throttle motor at a reasonable price? I checked everything nissan, but wasn't able to locate the parts.

Here are the specific parts that I'm looking for:16120-67U10 Motor Assy-TCS16076-64U00 Gasket

I have a spare one in my garage, ill take a pic tommorow and you tell me if its what you need, if so we can work out a price, its not doing me any good:)
