throttle issue.. relating to vac

wondering what is going on with my 91 kade. i've built her up and have a perfect harness and sensors. i start her and she idles like a benz. when i hit the gass she wants to bog . but the ecu keeps her idling. i notic if i keep teh vac under 15lbs she'll rev up til 4500. anythign under that value she bogs. and if i just hit the pedal she og then raises then bogs. i'm thinking i have misses somethign on the tps or i have missed somethign regarding a vac line on the bottom of teh throttle body

to me it sounds like an airlow issue, Either the meter is bad or you have a break in the inlet tube between the MAF and the throttle body.
