My 300zx Tt is having trouble accelerating. It will accerate but very slowly. I have to lightly press on the gas pedal or it will start backfiring like crazy past 4000 rpm (co2 censor?) I had a recent clutch plate replaced. I did clean the engine bay before having the clutch fix. I think I might of wet a censor.

Sounds like a MAF sensor related issue, this belongs in technical section however

Update: My car was recently bucking and stumbling, and I had just successfully replaced plugs and one injector. Idle was a bit wonky as well. I ran codes and got code 33, left o2 sensor. After unplugging it and driving to see if anything changes without it in use, car does not show same symptoms anymore, so yeah OP, it could be o2 sensor related as well, run your codes

Agreed with Librilz, most likely your O2(s) are bad or going there which is common.
Also be ready for corrosion issues with the injector connectors, IACV, PTU and CTS which can also cause issues similar to yours and/or be part of the problem. Look for green crud on the electrodes, clean/di-grease/replace as necessary.
