Throttle delay

Ok, my rb20 was running just fine, then the other day i shut my hood on a radiator hose and pinched it shut, then pressure built up and blew off the bottom radiator hose and all my fluid went out. I filled it back up and now my throttle response is horrible. When I hit the gas, it wont do anything for awhile, and then it will rev. And it gets worse As the car warms up (which now takes longer). I cant see any vacuum leaks. Could my turbo be shot? thanks
