Ok so i'm driving along the other night and i go to get off the interstate and at the red light i come up to my check engine light comes on and my car dies. Starts right back up and go on. So i take it to my dealer to get it checked out. The guy calls me and tells me i need a new throttle body so i go pick up my car and get the sheet and on it, it says i need a new throttle chamber?? so which one is it and what do you guys think what are the difference in the two and can i replace one without the other?

It looks like the same part just with a different name.
