length does not matter...As long as the movement is correct parallel to the throttle body...

?? Right?

I supposed you have to mount the end of the cable housing secrely to a fixed point, so whenever the cable is pulled, it would actually engage the movement. Do you know what I am saying? It's kinda like lever point. One point needs to be fixed while the wire inside the cable is moving.

i moved the mount that holds the outer cable with the adjusting nuts backwards on the plenum, to father back set of screw holes, it seems to have done the job till i get the 91 throttle cable pulled from my parts car

yeah, play with the cable adjusting nuts til you get the desired result.

BTW, you can adjust the tension on the throttle cable. The more tension, the crisper the throttle response, loose it a little for predictable throttle response. But you know it already, I bet.

BTW, most s13 SR swaps have throttle cables that are short. The throttle cable actually streteches across the valve cover. I guess longer throttle cable is better than a short one.

I built a custom bracket out of some scrap sheet metal for mine. Also heard that if you swap the KA bracket over that might work as well.
