throttle body wire plug???

So i just ordered a new wiring harness for the sr20det, everything hooks up just fine besides a plug that goes into the throttle body.... The plug doesnt match and im wondering if its actually needed to make the car run? or if its just something i can get by without using for now or any suggestions... The first picture shows the wire im talkin about (the open plug that runs into the Throttle body)

Can anyone help me on what that is? im lost when it comes to wiring and this next picture shows the plug on the old harness that came with the motor and plugged right into it....


Now the last picture is the plug that came with the new wiring harness...and ive searched for plenty of sr20 wiring harnesses and they all seem to have this brown/tan ish colored plug but doesnt match up....


If anyone can help or let me know if i NEED it plugged in, or any suggestions let me know its much appreciated... I MISS DRIVING!

Call the harness commpany....Isnt that the easiest thing to do?

Yea I already did n they said that's how they make em the whoever I talk to sounds pretty dumb instead of answeing my questions that's why I went on here cuz so far this forums been more help than anything
