Throttle body question

Hey what goin on
I got the emissions removed cleanly and gettin ready for the first fire
im in the middle of hookin up the cold air intake on it
two questions
the throttle body has a little brass fitting for a line on it but do not know where its supposed to hook to
also by the filter there is a fitting for a line but i dont have anything that it hooks to, so my question is what are these to?




this is the brass fitting im refering to is right next to the tag on it, anyone know what line that is or the line by the filter on the ebay intake is?

Coolant normally flows through the throttle body, but most people just remove it and loop it and just leave those open.

The fitting near the filter is emissions related if you have removed that you need to cap it.

I got the two coolant lines ran through the throttle body
so the little brass fittin stickin up the top of the pic is an emission line?

I'm confused now. The only fittings on the throttle body are the coolant lines.

Look at the pic and right next to the tag, if you look there is a lil brass fitting, the size of a vacuum line would be.
you have the two coolant fittings on the side then right below the tb is the lil brass guy stickin towards the front of the engine bay

if i had paint i could point towards it, but work comp and they wouldnt like me doin that lol

I can't find a better pic to look at it, but I would assume that it is emissions related and needs to be capped to be safe.

you know anything about the fittin on the intake near the filter that looks like a vacuum line but not sure what its supposed to be hooked to

There should be three nipples by the tag, coolant in and out....i cut that part of the throttle body off and bypassed the coolant through there. The small nipple is supposed to go to your evap canister ... I pulled it and welded the whole closed. All you need is cable pulley and tps sensor.

If you removed emissions the only connector on the intake pipe to be connected is the IACV which is close to the TB, the rest would need to be plugged.

thats the one i have connected and the one to the oil breather, but i will have to take a pic and show you what connector im talkin about on it then
