throttle body question
throttle body question
Iread a post that showed hoy to clean the throttl body on my 92q. The picture showed that the trottle was in the closed position when the car was not on. Mine was open. which is the correct position?

how do i get to the tthrottle body, and did i do damage to the tcs throttle by spraying it with cleaner

Youll have to take the TB off completely... No big deal. The back side of the plate is the only thing that needs cleaned anyway.

Always have a spare TB gasket on hand as you may break the old one in removal!
Always clean or replace PCV valve at the same 30k cleaning interval as TB.
