Are the throttle bodies on the ka and the sr interchangable? if not, are just the pullies? I was wondering because my ka had cruse control and my sr doesn't and as ***** as this sounds I like cruise control. I mean who doesn't.Blah blah blah Thanks for your continued toleration of my stupidity

I think the ECU has to have some stuff to make the cruise work so even swapping the TB pulley would not help.

Someone else might want to post because I am not 100% certain.

I removed my "module" and the cable that comes out of it, but please see if someone else can second the fact that cruise dosen't work.

THe throttle bodies for the SR and the KA are very similar, I bought a KA gasket for my SR and it fit great. I also tried putting a KA pulley (my SR one was bent from shipping) on the SR throttle body shaft, but it didnt fit, the shafts are different sizes.In "theory" you could bolt on a KA throttle body with the C.C. pulley, and try that. maybe even swap the SR TPS onto the KA body, if the KA one is different.

I know that the KA throttle body does work on the sr. I think you haev to rewire the tps or something though.I am not sure about the cruise control. SOmeone should try it... then we will know
