2017 Altima SR.
85000km / 52800mi on her.

Throttle Body cleaning at the dealership. You are due for an "Engine Tune Up" they call it haha. Until you ask them what that entails.

Yes or no? What would you do? I know they are trying to upsell me on literally everything they can every time I'm there. I have no issues indicating that I need it. Car runs fine/some slight vibration/rougher idle than my ol' 05 Maxima which was my previous car. But I figure that is just how this car feels comparatively.

If you did yours. Did it even make a noticeable difference?!

At 52K a TB cleaning is probably a good idea, along with a fresh air filter and an IAVL to calibrate the MAF. Since you have no symptoms, I'd suggest just running some SeaFoam in the fuel for a few tanks to scrub the carbon, then do the IAVL yourself. CVTz50 does the IAVL very painlessly if you have that.
