Throttle Body Bolt Removal Help ? 93 Q45

I am attempting to remove the throttle body on my 93 Q45 in order to get the plenum up enough to change the number 4 injector. I can get to three of the four bolts that connect the throttle body to the plenum, but can't even see or get to the one on the lower right. Does anyone have any advice on how to get to this or what tool that has worked? Thanks!

Hex socket with extension for air tool............similar in type but larger than you use on spark plug covers.
