I'd disregard the 2nd link, that Z has been abused and neglected. 4k is way..way too much for that condition. That 4k could net you a very nice N/A or put to better use by saving more for a good TT (7-12K+)

im 16 almost 17 so an na is probably the best option

You're 16, with little mechanical experience, and presumably not an endless supply of money to keep a Z32 running. It probably honestly isn't going to be the best car for you.

Also, don't expect that you're going to be able to make an NA fast. At best, you might be able to make it quick. You can spend a heap of money to maybe to get to TT stock power.
