it was mee! haha I have general grabbers here is my basic review.

Noise- they make some noise because of their tread pattern, but not too loud or intrusive

Dry Handling- decent dry handling, not as good grip as a street tire obviously but I was happy with it

Wet Handling- no experience, but its guaranteed to have excellent hydroplaning resistance

Dry Braking- so so, it seems they have a hard compound and dont have the same dry grip as street tires, thats the biggest downside I found.

Wet Braking- no experience

Sand- pretty good in sand, better than the M/Ts some of my friends run

Mud- light mud, decent performance, doesnt clean itselt out as well as I thought with such chunky tread but overall I was happy

I'm sure you can find better off road reviews elsewhere, and consumer reports did blast it for its on road handling which I feel isnt nearly that bad, just not as good as more street styled AT tires.

I Didn't think they were too noisy and at freeway speed I don't think they are too loud also I had Yokohama geolander ATs before so that's my basisbof comparisonAlso as far as mpg I'm sure of differs a bit I noticed no difference between the yokohamas and the generalsI also run slightly oversize so I'm sure it does reduce my mpg

I just put a 265/70/16 on my 04 Pathy. I love em, not to loud, wind noise with the sun roof cracked is louder.

Dry- Good tration, my stock 3.5L can't spin them so...

Wet/snow/ice- very good, mind you they are brand new<1000km so there is tons of life in them. Never hydro planned or lost traction in snow. Ice, well its ice theres only so much A/T can do on ice.

With that size i put on it did rub the under side of the strut mount for 2 days till it rubbed down. Not a big deal to me, but maybe for some other it would be. Problem would be solve by running a 1" spacer not problem.

What kind of change in MPGs did u get with running oversized tires? I'm wanting to go to a 245/70/17 on my 03 but it already only gets 15 MPGs.

Well my mileage did decrease however, what you are comparing is not the same. With my Generals (31") is get 420km with my old 245/70/16 (?) is was getting 470km.

You can't really say your mileage went down becausethe tires are throughing off your odometer due to the larger size.

Plus i put a bush gaurd on, that **** definatly doesn't help the MPG

I just got a set for mine a couple of weeks ago. I got them because they had the highest wear rating of all the tires I was considering. I don't find them noisy.
