May I ask you for opinions on 2011 M37x with alleged 230000km (140000miles), what to especially watch for?

I read about sound issues with radio and navigation and expensive issues with 4WAS.

Anything to check at engine (misfire, oil consumption, timing chain)
and transmission (is there some oil change interval, actually is this dual clutch or CVT or torque converter)?

Are there any specialized expensive parts?
