So I'm watching the GOP response to the State of the Union on my laptop this morning. Why, because I enjoy politics. Anyway, I'm about half way through a really boring response when my youngest son, Thomas (3), says to me, "what are you watching"? I tried to think of a reply that would make sense to him, so I said that I was listening to what she said because these are the people that make all of the rules that we have to follow. His reply, "Do they have alien robots? Is that why they get to tell everyone what to do"?
It gave me a sold laugh, just figured I'd share.
