I am 22 and currently reside in citrus heights, CA. I recently bought a 1990 s13 hatch se 5 spd. I started out in nissans by buying a 1987 200sx sev6 5 spd which i miss dearly, but had to sell due to financial issues. almost a year exactly has passed and i finally got another nissan. I love the fact that there is actually an aftermarket for the suspension and chassis, but i will forever miss my 200sx and plan on getting another when one pops up. anyway... here is a few pics of the s13

and a pic of the old 200sx.

either way, i hope to meet some cool guys and gals on here. have a good one.

Welcome, S12's are great, we will maybe find you one through NICO.

you got rid of an s12 due to financial trouble?Don't see how much an s12 could pull anyone out of a hole with its worth.

yeah, im going to a few spots to try and get my s*** down for this car. for starters, i have never even used an e brak initiation technique due to my old car having a broke one. not to mention i learned to drift with blown front suspension, and no power steering either. so i have to start all over again basically.

updates

got my diff welded
Image
Image
painted the cover with high temp grabber green since i had it laying around
Image
and used this on an old nasty valve cover
Image
and got this out of it
Image

also installed stance gr pro coilovers
before

after

also got megan rucas on the way along with a clutch. picked up a head and the intake/exhaust manis too. those will be ported by yours truly and my pops. and a rack with good tie rods is in the works too. all of the work done to this car is being done around town on backroads and empty parking lots due to my lack of having any access to a house or garage that allows me to do work there.

 at welded diff.
Blurry pictures are hard to see, but as bad as welded diffs are... Diffs welded with out skill are even worse.

red coupe, my buddy welded it the same way he welded his and his hasnt broken in three years. and i am sorry if the pics are blurry, i will snap some more.

and infinitgkid, the cat was on my old 200sx se v6 that was named the white tiger. thus the white tiger on my 240. now that im lowered it kind of makes me want to go just low enough to where he is like a half inch off the ground.

There are lots of parking lot builds, i.e. people who build cars so they can take photos of them in parking lots.

Hrm. A pignose 240 with a 91-94 front end on it. Nice.

I had a 90 with a single cam as well. To bad my valve cover never got that shiny...

i named it a parking lot build because i have to put any parts i have for it on in a parking lot or on the side of the road. im broke, i scrape s*** together and make it work. the car NEEDS paint something fierce. im thinking white with a silver bottom and silver top too maybe.

Ack!

Why don't you just smear poop on it? That would look better.
