Those who is considering Cusco Engine Mounts - Read First.

Ok, these suckers are stiff.... I mean really really really stiff. At idle, it pretty much rattles the entire car. Yep, almost like having solid mounts. I should of gotten nismo mounts. Oh well, just to let you guys know.

From what I know, the nismo mounts arent much better at all. Sorry to hear it, thats car is gonna drive you nutz with all the vibration.

i have the nismo engine and transmission mounts.. and they are not really all that bad. I highly doubt they are as "bad" as the Cusco ones.. they look alot more solid than mine. the nismos give a noticeable shake at idle, but nothing that isn't bearable if you're performance minded. and keep in mind its' still a nismo piece(read: nissan OEM quality) so it had to retain a certain driveability to it. besides, it lets the passengers know that you got a serious car

The vibration isnt really that bad with the cusco mounts. Only when my idle drops below 750 or so, then it shakes the whole car. I raised my idle slightly to make sure it doesnt drop that low. But they are def. stiffer then stock so make sure b4 you go aftermarket mounts, you can handle the shakes.

It's nothing I can't handle, but with stock mounts, at idle, everything is perfectly smooth and sound. With cusco mounts, almost like solid mounts. Vibration at 750 is quite much. Even so I like my setup. Just wanted to let others know before they decide to buy.

same with the kazama mounts(identical construction...) I psoted about it a while back...

yeah, it shakes the entire chassis at idle..but man it feels good during higher revv situations..I like it

most people wouldn't though.
