My engine is almost complete but the engine builder is having trouble w/ the lower tensioner. He has both an OEM "upgraded" version and an aftermarket, both are not "fitting right." He says he can make it work, anyone else have such issues? (The engine shop is the best in Tampa.)

Also, please confirm these are the other issues I'll be facing:

1. Need S13 Front Cover2. 1 bolt will not line up (Ace states it's not important)3. My S14 Valve Cover will not work (different size threads and placement of the bolts)(Polished 95 valve cover for sale then)4. I'm planning on keeping my S14 distib.

Let me know, thanks!

Jesse

About the tensioner...dunno. I've always used OEM, and they've always fit fine.

brian once again is correct. i have said the same things before whne people try to say the heads are exactly the same. i guess they never put a s14 head on an s13 vert. as their first headgasket job.

how much for the valve cover?

Thanks for the info guys. Should have enough keys words here for others to find this info in the future.
